I enjoyed my visit at Pastel Dental. Everyone was very kind and I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. What I appreciated the most was how thorough the doctor was going over my care. He reviewed my x-rays with me and explained my care options. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or sold things I did not need. I am happy to make Pastel my new Dental office.

Dr. Morrow was friendly, thorough, and gentle, and provided great suggestions on things to try to address some dry mouth issues. The space was sparkling clean, and I felt very well taken care of. They accept Delta Dental insurance and the location is easily acceptable. Happy to have found my new dentist!

Dr. Pastel is attentive, patient and professional. His staff is courteous and committed. Visiting their office for a cleaning or any treatment simply does not feel like "going to the dentist".

Dr. Morrow is amazing! I was seeing Dr. Life and she moved away. Having anxiety it’s hard when you get use to a dentist then they leave. When I was in the treatment room in the chair Dr. Morrow was great making sure I was ok, checking on me. Before Dr. Morrow did the numbing medicine she sat down with me and talked reassuring me that she knows about my dental anxiety also was warm. She was energetic and funny making it an easy experience for me. I was nervous before of course because I only met her briefly when Dr. Life was doing the crown procedure and wanted another professional opinion. The office and the team are amazing always welcoming when I come in. Tatyana greeted me when I saw her. Best dental office I’ve had!

I had a great experience! This was my first time at Pastel Dental and I have nothing but good things to say. As someone that’s not a huge fan of going to the dentist I had a really great experience. Everyone was professional and made sure I was comfortable at all times, the space was clean and modern. Definitely recommend!

I am starting to think that 40 is starting to turn for the better for me. I am starting to feel better about myself! Thanks to my dentist that I found! Dr. Leah Life is amazing, Dr. Life is incredible she makes sure you are comfortable and talks to you and explains what she is doing. I chipped my tooth and went to my dentist that I have been seeing, he didn’t explain my options. Dr. Life explained my options that she could do and she supported me with my decision. I have had bad experiences and been afraid of going to the dentist, also have anxiety being in the dental chair. Dr. Life deserves all the praise and then some! She is extremely caring and takes time to get to know you! Tatiana is so sweet and makes you feel welcome in the office.

I have not been to a dentist in a couple years because I was always scared of dentists until I met Dr. Leah Life. She makes sure you are comfortable through the whole process. Her assistant Tatiana and the front office staff were also amazing. Hoping that my next scheduled dental appointment is with her again.

Got a good recommendation of what I need to do. Not what what I wanted to hear, but that's required nevertheless. Dr. Life was very helpful by getting a second opinion and conferencing with other doctors.

I was nervous going into my filling appointment but Dr. Life made me feel so at ease. She thoroughly explained what she would be doing every step of the way. I was even comforted by her sweet dog who made me even more calm. Getting these things taken care of is never easy but Dr. Life and the rest of the team made it painless and anxiety free!

Patel dental is no longer the closest dentist to my home by a long shot. I happily will drive the 20 minutes every time, and continue to do so, because they just deliver really fantastic service. More importantly, I really trust them. I don't think they are there are there to nickel and dime me but instead are reasonable, honest advocates for my dentistry needs. Together we even found a strategy to avoid some scary procedures by just increasing the the number of regular cleanings I have (which cost me like $10 after insurance). All around love this place and so excited for them that they seem to be doing well. The new office is definitely a big upgrade and is super nice, easier to park at.

It doesn't get better than this. Seriously, not only is the office equipped with all the most innovative and advanced technology which makes you think HOLY CROW CAN I AFFORD THIS then you see bill and it's exactly like what your old dentist charged who had an x-ray machine from the 20th century. I literally fell asleep while they were drilling a cavity in a molar, and I'm super jumpy. I've never felt so comfortable and at ease before at a dentist. You have no idea the relief you feel making an appointment for a cleaning knowing you'll be cared for like a queen. So not only are you treated like royalty but the entire team is super nice. And Funny! Both my husband and I laugh out loud every visit. They're just happy, nice people and it shows. The office is aesthetically pleasing but it's not like you'll be sitting for long because they keep on time appointments. It is truly the best dental office in San Francisco. Bar none.

I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this dental practice through my insurance. The experience couldn’t have been better. When I rang up to book I mentioned my severe dentist anxiety and they suggested I meet Dr. Life. I got a call back letting me know that they had a next day cancellation and that there would be an emotional support animal there if I’d like to take that appointment, which is fantastic customer service. On the day, the team couldn’t have been more reassuring, professional or empathetic. I have a bit of unexpected work coming up, and even though I’m nervous about it I feel like I am in very good hands. I’d recommend this practice to anyone but especially to other nervous patients like me.

Excellent explanations of my current dental status, along with multiple options for how to proceed with a couple issues I have. Overall great, quick, and easy.

So far so good. Dr Life was awesome, super friendly and open to questions. Explained everything very well and made sure I’m in no pain and understand the procedure. The assistant was also very friendly but I don’t remember her name unfortunately. Front desk as well, friendly and helpful and making sure insurance is used as best as possible :P I would say I’m looking forward to go back, but it’s still the dentist haha:)

Baylor, an adorable dog, was the highlight of my dental visit. He hopped into my lap and a few pets later, my teeth were sparkling! Tatiana and Dr Life were so kind and professional and they worked gracefully. I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

I'm a new patient at this practice and had Dr Rafii. He was incredibly nice and welcoming, and very thorough! Answered all of my questions, I felt confident in his hands. He told me which procedures I needed more urgently than others, which was nice because I didn't feel like he was trying to force treatments I didn't need. Am very happy with him as my dentist.

I've been a patient with Pastel Dental since 2018 after my previous dentist retired. I first started seeing Dr. Pastel but in the last couple years I've been seeing more of Dr. Life. Both are amazing and trustworthy dentists. Their new location is very clean, spacious and has modern equipment. I highly recommend.

Easily the most fun I’ve ever had in a dentists office!

My hygienist Kelly is awesome. I’ve had her a number of times now. She’s efficient, effective and friendly. For this visit, I had a canker sore and was feeling trepidation about getting a cleaning. I was very close to postponing my appt. However, I kept the appt and she made the experience pain free and quite pleasant. The dentist too, was very efficient and friendly.
