Alex Pastel, DDS, is an experienced general and cosmetic dentist and the owner of Pastel Dental. He has been in private practice for over a decade and continues to be passionate about his profession. One of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry for him is the transformation his patients experience when they get a beautiful and confident smile. Dr. Pastel has a unique set of skills and expertise in cosmetic dentistry that require the synergy of being an artist, a doctor, and an engineer. To be one of the best in this field, Dr. Pastel is constantly perfecting his craft by investing in high-end technology and continuing education where he learns from the best. Dr. Pastel has vast experience placing state-of-the-art porcelain veneers, crowns, and implant crowns to achieve natural, beautiful results. Dr. Pastel graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where his clinical achievements were recognized with multiple awards.
During his early years, Dr. Pastel was a professional athlete. Now, he enjoys road cycling, hiking, table tennis, and soccer. He loves experiencing different cultures by traveling with his wife and 2 children.

Dr. Megan Morrow, DDS
General & Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Morrow, an associate at Pastel Dental is passionate about creating a beautiful, life-changing smile with every patient she meets. She aims to make even the most nervous patients comfortable in her chair. She believes in educating her patients and working together to decide the best treatment strategies for their dental care. Her practice philosophy is centered on conservative, comprehensive dentistry utilizing the most up-to-date research and techniques. She specializes in minimally invasive, natural-looking dentistry including porcelain veneers and crowns, implant restorations, laser treatments, and Invisalign.
Dr. Morrow received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle. She spent four years practicing in the Washington DC metro area before moving to San Francisco. She is passionate about continuing education and study clubs.
Outside of dentistry, you’ll most likely catch Dr. Morrow outdoors or traveling. She loves to run, bike, hike, backpack, and ski. Dr. Morrow spent years swimming on a US national level and was a captain of the Boston College women’s swim team. She loves animals, and shares a cat, Sushi, with her husband AJ.
